to anything you want to say....

WHAT IS HAPPINESS!!!!!

What's happiness?
It is not easy to define happiness. Individual preferences overtake each other's description of the same.
People often ask: "where do we find happiness?" - Money, richness, beauty, colors, scents, nature etc. all give us immense pleasure. God has created this beautiful world only to enchant the occupants. There is some pleasure, which we can drive without directing our efforts towards it.
The case of nature is the best example. The only thing we need is the inclination. Like the ways to God, the roads to happiness are also many. To derive pleasure out of one's life is not something that comes directly from god. It lies within us. What we need to rekindle this state of mind is willingness to think wisely and positively.

The mind is a hotbed of emotions. To have the right mix of emotions, we need a better actor in us. How to get the right mix of the mindset is what matters. Simple things can add color to our disenchanted life if we have the time to pause and think.

Plenty of anything cannot make one happy. But having this plenty rather disturbs our mind and make us devoid of the joy. Sharing what we have in plenty gives joy to others and also us.
There were two neighbors.One was rich and the other the poor. Both were preparing for Diwali. The rich man decorated his house elaborately and illuminated it with lights. The poor man only lit a Diya at the entrance of his house.
They were both intimated by god that he would visit them on New Year. The rich man was happy that he had outdone his neighbor. The poor man was happy that his Diya was glowing in the darkness and that its light had a divine touch.
Finally, God came to settle their claims. His attention was first drawn to the single Diya that had lit up an entire dark patch. God was attracted to this and did not even look at the brightly-lit house on the other side.
The verdict was clear. We all yearn for happiness. Having plenty does not necessarily guarantee happiness. So don't wait for heaven to come to you. Make efforts to steer your mind to a state of happiness by sharing the little you have. Even a single lamp can cheer up a completely dark area. Light it and you will find happiness shining there in your inner self.

Times are sweet!!!!!

Those times are sweet!
When your trembling hands find that touch,
When those stooping shoulders relax a bit,
Those cry-dried eyes find that glow...
You scream with the joy,
Forgetting what you’re meant to be!
No blood, no emotions, its love’s sway,
I love you, is all you breathe to say!

Every next couple makes you miss,
Every rain drop urges you to kiss,
Never, never alone in any bliss…
Times, they’re those that you're
bound to miss!

The fierce gush of wind,
falters the lamp,
You wonder how the trust you built-
Looses the ground it ever had...
When they irk, you take it cool,
When you get on their', you're called a fool!
What was so damn clear turns a paradox,
And it’s not all over yet, a lot more to bear!

When they're angry, they have got a reason,
And instant you lose your’, you're a freak!
Those hugs, laughs, those unending talks!
The long rides, now turn dreaded thoughts!

They don’t know how it is, when one’s deserted,
Ask the flower that never
bloomed, coz it died!
When you’ve been to the skies, you despise dust,
Its time to realize, it was love or lust!

Lust is fine, but it pains you big,
When corpse of love is what you dig!
Those hands tremble again, the shoulders stoop,
Eyes go dry, and you know you’re doomed!

Smiles turned heavy, lone is the word,
You change yourself,and think it’s enough
You don’t know what you’re waiting for,
Perhaps to know what’s on other side…

But your battered heart gives just up,
Gives up what, you once thought was right!

When u Love someone.. !!

When you love someone so deep inside,
It seems like it's so easy to hide.
You've loved him for so very long,
You would think he could do no wrong.

Every day you would hope and pray,
That he would always stay this way.
He treated you like you should be treated,
You thought your life was finally completed.

You thought your love was growing true,
And then one day it was all so blue.
He started putting you down and it hurt,
You thought all you were to him was dirt.

He started ignoring you and you wondered why,
All you wanted to do was curl up and die.
You thought your relationship would never end,
But that was all so fake and pretend.

One night he was so sweet to you,
You thought all those things were maybe untrue,
Two days later he was back the same,
You thought you were the one to blame.
He thought the relationship was getting too serious
And that you had become a little too curious.

By this time you knew it wouldn't last,
All the nice things he said were in the past.
You thought that you would marry him some day,
But this time God wanted to get his way.
You wanted things back how they were before,

But you knew this couldn't happen anymore.
It was a Saturday night about ten o'clock,
You heard the news and it wasn't a shock.
You knew this was going to happen soon,
As you laid there and cried in the pale lit moon.

My Friend!!!

My friend is more a treasure...
Than the purest minted gold...
Than all the wealth or riches...
The worldly strive to heap and hold...
For his friendship is my fortune...
My happiness and prize...
And his faithfulness much dearer...
Than the treasures of men's eyes...
He heaps my heart with gladness...
With things that gold can never buy...
With boundless joy and rapture...
Beneath the fairest sky...
For the bond of love between us...
Grows stronger all the while...
As we match strides together...
Up another winding mile.
My friend is in my heart...
My every dream and every song...
With all the blessings he imparts...
And men may yearn for riches...
And things of temporal worth...
But I've found my treasure...
And the greatest wealth on earth...

FRIENDSHIP!!!!

Casual friendships come and go
much as the current ebbs and flow.The swells and ripples
that they make, leave mixed emotions
in their wake. For some friends drift with changing tide,
they come on strong and then subside,only to crash upon
the shore,disappear and be seen no more!

Others are strong enough to
stand the changing tides and
the shifting sand. And what sets these
friendships apart?
Affinity of mind and heart,love much more than just a token,
thoughts understood but yet unspoken, a common bond,
a mutual goal, an understanding heart and peaceful soul.
A heart outstretched in time of need, a thoughtful and
a friendly deed.

Our life is not steady,,,,,
